On Sunday my family and I visited the fiamma grill and were deeply disappointed with the service we recieved. When we booked we had to book the outside as it was the only place where one could smoke, but we were not informed that we would be seated right next to the speakers or that there would be a massive group of children jumping and screaming in the pool. As the day processed and we got menus and waited over 20 min to get the specials and order after continuously asking the waiter. Than after 45 min of waiting we were informed that our focaccia was given to another table and that we can now moving to another table. During this time we saw the managers doing shots and literally sitting with other table and it seem like there was only one waiter for the whole outside section which was fill. I felt extremely sorry for this waiter as she ran around doing everything and the managers did not once even pick up a plate.

When we finally got our food we had to have the focaccia with it instead of before as we planned and the manager finally came to check on us.

It saddens me that such a beautiful place with amazing food is run so badly.
