A hobby that we started in our garage with machines built out of recycled home appliances, led to the discovery of the richness and diversity of single origin chocolate.Our journey soon developed into a chocolate obsession that continues to this day. Along the way our passion for artisanal and handcrafted foods led us, almost naturally, into coffee and home made ice cream.
We believe that chocolate in its purest form is special and should be nurtured, celebrated and crafted in line with artisanal values. Each product must reflect the influence of nature along with the personalities of the cocoa farmer and chocolate maker. Choosing to make our chocolate from the cocoa bean (from “Bean to Bar”) allows us to develop our own unique flavour profiles as we control all the critical processes from bean selection to roasting, grinding, refining and conching.
