Truly felt like we were transported to a small little town in the West Coast. The owners are such good hosts and we were treated to a delicious menu! Will definitely go back!

A firm favourite among Harties locals and visitors alike. An absolute must-do when you're visiting the dam just outside Gauteng. Make sure to bring a very healthy appetite for their succulent snoek and 'soet-patats', Durado, seafood potjie, hearty mussels and of course the fresh pot bread - served with handfuls of butter and apricot jam. Book in advance during peak season (Summer months). Kick off your shoes, enjoy the sand between your toes, open fires and fresh seafood cooked to perfection. A great outing with friends or family - remember to bring your own cooler and drinks - an added bonus!
