The Cooking Theatre is a unique dining concept in the heart of the Waterfront precinct created by executive chef Brett Nussey. The menu is a twist of international and re-imagined South African flavours featuring locally foraged ingredients. The venue boasts beautifully created ‘Media Racion’ plates set in an elegantly styled working kitchen.
