Chef, Joe Silva, co-owner of Clay Oven, has the ability to take the simplest meals and transform it into a flavoursome journey worth taking. With his portuguese background, together with his partner and wife, Koulla, who has Cypriot blood coursing through her veins, Clay Oven is now known as the “PortuGreek” restaurant. They offer traditional meals like the Cypriot Souvlaki, and a Steak Portugeusa. They also offer Clay Oven made pizza’s which are fast becoming the community’s choice pizza.
