Love eating here.

First visit to this branch, we were a group of four. The meals we ordered included lamb shank and pasta with pesto. The lamb had a scent of burnt, after tasting it I realized that the meat was ok but the gravy was probably burnt-out during the preparation. We want to report it to the manger which of course knew nothing about food and had to consult the sous chef, both approached my table and the manager had to say that the chef did not find the lack of preparation in the dish. Its obvious that the cook would not admit that he cooked something displeasing . So I explained that I was sure of what I was talking about as I have a long experience in the food field coming from a family of chefs and cooks from europe. I initially just want to address the issue but the reaction of the staff was extremely unprofessional. They could have easily apologised for the inconvenience, which they did not do. What really upsets is that the manager couldn't manage the situation and had to call the chef out of the kitchen aggravating the entire situation. About the pasta, I don't know what it was, the sauce was a disaster it looked like dirty water, very week, and tasteless, acknowledged from both chef and manager but again no concern demonstrated. At the end we paid for all our meals and left being sure of never stepping back again in this restaurant.

A really great restaurant that suits everyones palate. Just one piece of advice - when doing nachos please do not use flavoured doritos chips. Use the genuine nacho chips

Well done, We went out for dinner the other night and as we sat down in a restaurant they told us their kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. We promptly got up and walked the Galleria mall looking at the other restaurants. Circus Circus just jumped out at us. All the people inside were relaxed and clearly enjoying them selves. We were greeted at the door by polite and friendly staff and were ushered to a table. Our waitress "Angel" was a Super Star, her service was top notch and what a sense of humor. She knew her menu and their wines. She guided us through the menu just as a Captain would his ship into the harbor. Needless to say the meals were outstanding and the wine was served in decent wine glasses. We will definitely be back.
