RE: VERY POOR SERVICE AT CAPPUCCINO’S WOODLANDS BOULEVARD 18 MAY 2014

I would like to bring this very poor service under the attention of the management of Cappuccino’s and make use of this opportunity to warn the public of exception poor service. We were only three people ordering some coffee and cold drink as well as peppermint-crisp tart and malva pudding.

We had to ask twice for the desserts, after an extended waiting period. We also had to ask twice for the bill, also after and extended waiting period. Further more the order was incorrect as well. The poor service was also brought under the attention of the managers, also twice, whom never bothered to follow up with our table. All this while the shop was very quiet and the waiter had to attend to only the one table.

This was really a regrettable experience with Cappuccino’s, whom will not see my or my friends again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The waitress was knowledgable and didnt barge in and ask how our meal was when our mouths were full of food. I liked sitting at the top and having a bit of a view.

Nestled in the lnew Wodlands Mall this restaurant has a good atmosphere on multiple levels with a nice view of the woodlands golf course. The service is excellent and always with a smile. The best part is the glorious food, the smell enough to anticipate your tastebuds with delectable flavours, not to be disappinted. I would urge any to enjoy what this great restaurant has to offer.
