We went to eat at Cafe Pescado on Sunday, 9th September 2012. The service was terrible (the waiter hardly understood English) and the food was absolutely tasteless (never even took a second bite).

Spoke to the manager and explained to her about the poor meal and service we had just had. She was rude and arrogant and told us 'we had to pay for the meal and just because it wasn't to our taste doesn't mean that we shouldn't pay'. I said to her that it was in 'poor taste' that we should have to pay for a meal that was inedible. Eventually, she stormed off and said that we didn't have to pay.

I have been a patron of Cafe Pescado for many years now. Never have I been so utterly disgraced at a Manageress's behaviour.

Good luck. I sure as heck won't be going back there again.

P.S. As we were talking to the Manageress, another gentleman came up to us and said to her (he had just finished paying) "I just thought that you should know - your service is pathetic".
