    The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The staff were not only absent and unhelpful but rude in general. We were dismissed several times when we asked to order drinks or even to be given a menu. Would highly recommend that people do not visit this restaurant. I cannot rate the food or ambience because after waiting for 20 minutes without even having a drink order taken, we walked out.

    I've been to Bi Lo twice, and I will never go there again. I can't comment on the food as I didn't stay to have any. The service was terrible, the waiters are not properly trained. And by the looks of it, neither are the managers. It was the worst expreience I've had at a restaurant in my life.
