Sorry to disappoint some people. Food is far from excellent. Reputation is all this restaurant thrives on. Prawns were overcooked and burnt, which is a feat, and tagliatelle with salmon had so much black pepper corns in them that our daughter got an upset stomach. I tried it myself and she was definitely not overreacting. When I gently suggested that the ladies in the kitchen should leave the amount of black peppeer to the customer I received a not too friendly remark. Definitely not worth visiting. Try Jemima or the Colony for sophisicated food or Brians Grill for a straigt up good piece of meat.
