Baglios & Baglios Ice-Cream at Nelson Mandela Square gave myself, my brother & my boyfriend appalling service on the 18 February 2007. Our waiteress, whose name i did not get unfortunately, was rude, & did not come once to our table to ask if all was ok. Waited for the bill for 45min, paid & left. Very poor service.
