Andrew Shapland sounds like he has no clue what Authentic food is. The Yard at the sillos is more than a restaurant its where center for trade and cultures have come to together. This restaurant stands for that and Andrew sounds like he has a lack of understanding. The food can't be compared to other restaurants in the city cause they lack the knowledge and interpretation of fine ingredients and spices, let alone the experience. Andrew sounds like he lacks experiences and expertises all a round and its a pleasure not to serve people with no palate for the business I would presume. But he should leave his distasteful thoughts in the trash Or at Thali. I had the best Indian meals in the western cape here. The food is amazing and Kelly the manager one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
