My review is purely based on an unproffesional and tacky attitude that the restaurant's team has on social media regarding reviews and posts that patrons have about the establishment's food and service. Instead of addressing a concern of a patron, I have learned that the PR team of the establishment has lambasted and insulted someone on a public platform regarding their review and comment about the food. This is a said qualified PR team member of the establishment. I probably will receive the same treatment based on this but I doubt anything will surpass the action that the establishment took with the review. Defensive, sarcastic and insultive. Disgusting if you ask me. Association with auch amateur and unprofessional individuals with do absolutely nothing godd for the reputation of the already bad establishment.
