What an awful experience we had! We bought a Groupon voucher, hoping to discover a new eating experience. Perhaps the fact that we were one of only two tables on a Friday evening when other restaurants are packed, should have alerted us to the possibility this was not going to be a good experience. The food was a disappointment. Two of our companions found their t-bone (Grilled T-bone) inedible, the rest of the group found their food barely edible (Ribeye Steak, Sirloin Bilgogi and BulgogiJapchae). When we wanted to order dessert, only two of seven items on the menu were available, as they were apparently changing the menu (probably no stock due to low turnover?). The service was poor. The waitress was nowhere to be seen when she wasn't serving food. The host had to walk up to the manager (owner?) to draw his attention (the waitress again wasn't available), as the manager was sitting with earphones watching Youtube on his computer in plain sight of the patrons. Except for accepting the groupon voucher and adjusting the bill, he paid no attention whatsoever to the patrons. Ambience means nothing when the food is awful, I therefore have no comments about the ambience.
