My experience at Pyjamas and Jam was unfortunately tarnished by a disappointing customer service encounter. While the food was enjoyable, the dress I purchased for my daughter turned out to have a design flaw—the head hole was too small, rendering it unwearable. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, including emails outlining potential solutions, the response from the staff was minimal and unhelpful, with little effort made to address the issue. As someone who wanted to support a small business in South Africa, it's disheartening to have to write this review, but the lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to rectify the situation has left me with no other choice. I hope Pyjamas and Jam takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their customer service standards.
