The service given is absolutely shocking!!!! We previously used Oscars as our Catering Provider at our Training Centre. Due to the fact that our evaluations from our delegates were absolutely dismal on the quality of food, we decided to split the our orders amongst 2 providers. An email was sent about this (by me as the Regional Sales Manager) and no decency to respond by Oscars. We provide them with an order of 10 lunches this morning at about 9am and at 11h30 we are advised that they will not be making our lunches... My delegates break for lunch at 12h00!!!!!
