I called in to place a take away order at 20h40 on a Saturday evening, I was told by a waitress that the kitchen closes at 20h45 to which I replied that is fine because I have a small order and still have a few minutes left. I was then told to hold and I was transferred to Liezel who I presume is the manager (rather damager), she told me the kitchen closes at 21h30 for take away orders so I then asked if I could place my order to which she replied "actually the kitchen closes at 20h30 for take away orders." She refused to accommodate me in any way given her contradictions of kitchen closing times, she is exceptionally RUDE and cites the fact that she has worked at the restaurant for 10 years. How does a restaurant refuse to take a take away order at 20h40 on a Saturday evening?! Why does a customer have to literally beg to give a supplier business?!
