So the soccer is over. Bafana has won. Everyone is happy. The road is full. We decided to stop off before we heading off home. So Tiger's Milk is full, Hudsons is full. Next place is Mano's. Security advised they are full. Security advised that management advised that they were not allowed to let anyone in. I challenged them saying it's because we're black and we come from the soccer, so now they don't want to let us in. In any event, after interaction with the manager, she turned and went back inside. Yes, apartheid is still alive and well at Mano's in Main Road, Green Point. Fortunately Bootleggers in Greenpoint had no such problem and we could stop off for drinks and food there.
