I visitedyour waterfall franchise on tuesday and was very disappointed not sure what type of controls you have in place to ensure standards are kept, i ordered the fish and chips very disappointing, the cooking oil that was used to deepfry must have been at least a week old, i didnt eat the food. They didnt have any wine we wanted from the menu , we ended up going to woolworths to by our own wine. On arrival we ordered aperol spritz, the barman didnt have aperol just added we think campari butdidnt even tell us ? We sent it back then he admitted to just adding what ever he had that looked like aperol? What is that all about, sorry but will notgo back and will not recommend this establishment to anyone
