Friendly, swift service with a smile and the most beautiful salads you could imagine. The chef transforms ordinary ingredients like green beans, red onions and root vegetables into flavourful salads with jewel-like accents of nuts, herbs, olives, dates and cranberries. You can have a little takeaway box of salads for R35, or add a protein (usually salmon, chicken or beef fillet, sometimes meatballs) and pay R60-R65. Order and pay at the counter, and find a seat or walk back to the office. Simple and satisfying.
