I have been going to Doppio Zero Sunnnghill Chilli Lane for years, and I was last there on the 24th of July when I paid my bill. On the 9th of September, I received an SMS from my bank that R1,280.00 had been deducted from my account. I went in the following day to enquire, and the manager was expecting me as she said this had happened to a few customers. There was no communication from Jason, who is sorting this out with his bank, Capitec, and I have been told to wait three days. I am beyond disappointed by the lack of empathy and poor business practices. This is not an amount I have budgeted for, and I would advise all customers going there to be careful as I do not know how they had kept my details from paying with my card.
