Very poor pizza, thinest base pizza ever eaten and burnt at edges, R20 for a meagre addition of avocado! Owners not there, staff left in charge, served outside by a trainee waiter after a ten minute wait - there were no other customers inside, and one other table outside. I asked for the manager, and Fortune presented himself, saying that he was in charge until owner Angela Clifford returned to the restaurant, guessing it at about 20h30. Fortune never came back to my table. I had to go inside to request a bill, and was told verbally that it was R80, without receiving a printed bill. I was told verbally that the avocado after cost R20, and I asked to see this price on the menu. Fortune started helping a lady fetching her take-away pizzas, which annoyed me, as he had not given me my change, not having any on him. I was given a thin floppy grey menu, which did not have the cost of additional items on it. Someone then brought a regular menu. Four kitchen staff had nothing to better to do than to come out of the kitchen, and to laugh at Fortune struggling to deal with me and the take-away pizza lady. When I threatened to photograph them (Fortune had no control over them clearly), they ran back to the kitchen. I called the restaurant at 21h00, and Clifford was rude, interrupting me while I spoke, not apologising for the shambles she had left her restaurant in, and saying repeatedly that she deserves a break to be with her children, being in the restaurant 20 hours a day, clearly a complete exaggeration, as the restaurant only opens at 11h30, and closes at 22h00!
