Cocoa Cha Chi reader review

I like going to Cocoa Chai Chi for brunch, the garden setting where I can chill, read the newspaper and have a light meal. I do find some of the dishes like the Double Benedict priced a bit steep but always made up for by the lashings of Hollandaise. We went there yesterday, had the club sandwich snack basket , a fair price and enjoyable eating, but will say my disappointment with service now 2 times in a row. Looks like no one is in charge so the service is disjointed even though not that busy. Please up the ante here as it spoils the experience.
