Dined here on the public holiday on Monday for brunch - and we could see they were slammed when we walked in. Took a while for any of the waiters to claim us, and then we only saw her once, and had to ask other waiters to help us. That said, they were very busy, and dish: the salmon rösti was delicious - flecked with herbs (origanum?) and properly cooked and juicy inside. (Röstis often conceal raw potato in their depths, I find). The salmon is not overgenerous, (one strip) but enough for the dish. We finished off with a wheat-free crunchie, which was delicious and cinnamon-y.
