The Lady Marmalade Jam Jar

Madame Zingara recently challenged their bar staff to create a range of cocktails using Cointreau. The results? Three fab new inventions, one of which is this Lady Marmalada Jam Jar. Careful with this citrusy, bubbly treat: it's designed for two.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

12.5 ml Cointreau liqueur
25 ml Cachaça Germana
12.5 ml triple sec
100 ml orange juice
35 ml apricot jam
75 ml sparkling wine
zest of half an orange
zest of half a lime
zest of half a grapefruit
Large glass jam jar

Method

Pour all spirits and orange juice into shaker, add ice and shake. In the jar, add jam and zests together and give it a bit of a muddle. Pour shaken cocktail and ice into jar before charging with sparkling wine. Close the jar and serve.
