Strawberry smoothies

Strawberries are plump, juicy and delicious in late spring and early summer. Make the most of them with this healthy smoothie recipe.

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

100g hulled and chopped strawberries
1 small (not too ripe), chopped banana
100 ml soya milk
maple syrup
linseeds
2 sliced strawberries

Method

Blend the strawberries, banana and soya milk together until smooth. Dip the rim of a glass into maple syrup and then into the linseeds. Pour the smoothie into the glasses. Serve with fresh strawberry slices.
