Irish Gold Rush cocktail

Irish Gold Rush cocktail — Tullamore D.E.W.’s Irish family will never let you down – created in Ireland in the heart of it's ancestral home of Tullamore, Co Offaly, this liquid gold is something crafted from much more than luck. Whether you’re Irish or not, what truly makes this day a celebration is that we can all come together in a blend of diversity to share a glass of gold. Glistening neat, served over a few rocks or mixed up in your favourite cocktail, Tullamore D.E.W. wishes you a wonderful day of green and gold.

Ingredients

60ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish whiskey

25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

25ml honey syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.

Shake until well chilled, about 10 seconds.

Strain into an ice-filled double old fashioned glass.
