The Beverly Hills Hotel has launched a 5pm to 7pm special at Elements, which has spectacular sea views from the terrace.

Award-winning wines like Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rose and La Motte Pierneef Sauvignon Blanc are a bargain, from R40 to R85 a bottle, and there are snack platters designed to be shared.

You can also have oysters on the rocks, or crunchy crumbed prawn tails served in shot glasses with guacamole, sweet chilli sauce and lemon crème fraiche.
