Despite the COVID-19 pandemic hitting the restaurant industry hard, not all restaurants have closed up shop. Some are using donations to help feed their communities. Margot Janse, chief judge for the Eat Out Restaurant Awards, caught up with chef Chris Erasmus, of Franschhoek’s Foliage, to find out how operations have changed and get the chef’s insight on the restaurant industry’s future.
