A true labour of love on winemaker Lizelle Gerber's part, the blushing sparkle is blended from chardonnay grapes and a range of red cultivars – harvested early at low sugar levels – and left on the lees for a year, culminating in a multifaceted bubbly with a pronounced fruit structure. A refreshing tipple for summertime dining.
