Who said only Capetonians appreciate the finer things in life?

This April, three of Gautengs most reverred restaurants are intent on rivalling Cape Towns position as a top food destination when three foremost chefs from Joburg, Pretoria and surrounds collaborate in one venue!

On 14, 15 and 16 April, food fundis in Gauteng will have the unique opportunity to experience the culinary magic of chefs Pihillipe Wagenfuhrer (Roots Restaurant), Chantel Dartnall (Restaurant Mosaic) and Dario De Angeli (Yum Nostalgia) when they join forces behind the stoves at each others restaurants.

A different six course menu will be presented each night, paired with selected Veritas Award-winning wines. Mr. Bennie Howard, Cape Wine Master and vice chairperson of Veritas will give diners insight into the various wines.
