A highlight of the Cape Gourmet Festival calendar, the Good Food and Wine Show, from May 24-27, has scooped nine top international chefs including Reza Mahammad, James Tanner and Ed Baines. 

The AEG Chefs in Action Theatre will feature international chefs, all of whom have made it big on BBC food shows – plus treble the amount of local heroes.

The new Afrox Best South African Restaurant Chefs Theatre, presented in association with Eat Out magazine, serves up homegrown talent. Catch up with chef-patron George Jardine, watch the delightful Marlene van der Westhuizen sparkle with her food and wine pairings and share the joy of cooking with the brilliant Jenny Morris.

Meet Mornè Botha, Executive Chef at Camps Bay’s luxurious The Bay Hotel, as he seduces visitors with his delectable cuisine, or find out why Matthew Gordon’s Franschhoek restaurants are must-visits, and explore what Shane Sauvage likes to term Afro-Parisian cuisine.
