Sad news for wine-loving folk in the Mother City – the popular Nose Wine Bar and Restaurant in De Waterkant is closing.
In a farewell newsletter to patrons, owner Cathy Marston stated, …all good things come to an end, and without a doubt, The Nose has been a great thing for us…I don’t think we could have had a better set of customers and suppliers to work with. Cheers to you all and many more years happy drinking!
Loyal patrons are invited to join owners Cathy and Kevin for a farewell and thank you wine extravaganza with half price bottles of wine offered with all meals until the end of September.
The Nightingale Bistro & Bar is set to open in the same venue from 1 October.
