Signature Life venue the Docklands Hotel is the latest addition to the Point Waterfront in Durban. Its classy, modern restaurant, Wodka, opens on to a courtyard where light meals are served throughout the day.
The menu is a loose take on fusion food, and features tempting dishes such as a Moroccan lamb burger, tempura linefish, lamb shank dim sum, smoked salmon trout blini and pumpkin ravioli with micro red kohlrabi.
There is also a teppanyaki table, offering teriyaki beef, plum chicken, chilli lime seafood, and basil and ginger lobster. Desserts such as banana pana cotta appeal.
