Sprigs Entertain – Clare and Fiona Ras

Celebrated Durban chefs/cooks/bakers/hosts Clare and Fiona Ras of Sprigs in Kloof have put together a follow-up to Sprigs Fresh Kitchen Inspiration, Entertain. It covers the gamut, including fish preparation, Italian food, Chinese, Portuguese and Thai food – all with entertaining in mind.
