Indian cuisine lovers can’t afford to miss the Indian Food Festival at Aurelia’s Restaurant at the Doreale Grande Hotel from August 22-25, where two visiting chefs from Mumbai will showcase their skills, alongside the Emperor’s Palace chefs.

The chefs will experiment with spices and exotic flavours as well as introduce new and modern recipes.

They will use mostly South African produce with only a few imported spices.

Entrance is R180 per person, or go for gold at the Gala Dinner on Saturday, August 25 (R250 per person), which includes live entertainment, hand painting, classic dancing and fine Indian cuisine.
