Food

The flavour combinations, flawless techniques, colours and plating all make for the perfect symphony of a meal. From the beautifully steamed buns of The Pot Luck Club fish sliders to the fresh flavours of the line fish ceviche taco, every dish has its very own beginning, middle and ending.

The chickpea, goats cheese and parmesan fries are almost too good to be true, golden and crispy on the outside while flavourful and creamy on the inside. Indulge while they’re hot, dipping them right into the accompanying delicious truffle aïoli. The lamb is unmissable – braised lamb potjie served with a sourdough flatbread, grilled cucumbers and a moreish dressing.

Sweet options such as the peanut butter bomb (banana mousse with honeycomb, tuile and a Frangelico sabayon) are available for dessert, or you can opt for the selection of South African cheeses. This is certainly a menu worth enjoying over and over again.
