South Africa has gone into adjusted alert Level 4 lockdown for a proposed 14 days. The new restrictions include a ban on all alcohol sales and sit-down trade for restaurants, but they will be allowed to offer takeaways and deliveries. 

 We encourage restaurant owners and chefs to promote their takeaway and delivery offerings on Eat Out. It’s easy – all you have to do is claim your restaurant listing if you haven’t already. You’ll be able to log in and edit the details that you’d like updated.

Here’s how:

1. Claim your listing by searching for it on Eat Out and clicking “Claim it now!”

2. Create an account.

3. Log into your account and navigate to the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Select “My venue”.

4. You can now edit your listing accordingly.
