At the recent Hostex 2008 expo held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, 95 Keeroms executive chef, Giorgio Nava, was awarded first place in the cook-off competition held by the South African Chefs Association.

Participants were judged on presentation, menu composition, wine and food pairing, preparation methods, originality and over all taste.
