Launched in December 2015, Boulevard 82 Food Truck aims to bring top-quality cuisine to your wedding, private party, corporate event, festival and of course the streets of Cape Town.

Stanton Hendriks and Ryan Brand are the chef-owners of Boulevard 82 Food Truck and both have extensive experience in hotels, restaurants and country clubs in the United States of America. Stanton, previous head chef at the Cape Town Club, and Ryan, previous chef at the Granny Mouse Hotel, together strive to break the perception of food trucks as street grub and bring bistro-style cuisine to your event.

The two chefs showcase their talents on their vintage 1982 Bedford food truck. “We tailor-make our menus to suit any event, so don’t hesitate to contact us for your special day or event,” says Stanton. The friendly, efficient and humorous chefs bring a unique experience to any event.
