The chic flagship restaurant, the Grill Room, has a longstanding reputation for its dinner dance evenings which take place every Saturday. Enjoy a four-course menu as you dance the night away to the smooth sounds of The Simon Karachi Trio during the hotel’s birthday month. The cost is R450 per person and reservations are essential. The Oyster Box also continues to offer ‘Wines of the World’ every Thursday. Sommelier, That Germane, will pair a three-course menu created by executive chef, Kevin Joseph, to wines from the various corners of the globe. This month highlights the gastronomic specialities of Chile and diners can enjoy in the hotel’s stylish, sunken wine cellar. Booking is necessary as only 10 guests can be seated in the cellar. The cost is R450 per person and includes all food and wine presented.
