The main menu is dedicated to a selection of meat cuts prepared according to your preference, with the option to include an extensive variety of mainly South American-inspired wet rubs, butters and sauces. These include salsa verde, chimichurri, chermoula, espresso butter, brandy cream and bone marrow butter. Sides to try with your grilled steak are chips with smoked salt and garlic aïoli, sweet potato fries, chargrilled corn with chipotle butter, zucchini fries with spicy tomato aïoli, baby veg tossed in beurre noisette and burnt butter mashed potatoes.

Tacos make an appearance (with fillings of pulled pork, beef and tuna), as does ceviche, tuna tataki, flame-grilled prawns and there’s even a South African touch of droëwors and biltong. Look forward to desserts of deep-fried ice cream, crema catalana (a Spanish dessert similar to créme brûlée) and dulce de leche ice cream with a Pisco-infused sauce.
The comprehensive drinks menu features a diverse list of quality local wines, a large selection of cocktails, MCCs sold per glass or bottle, beer and a solid spirits category.
