The Hidden Valley winery situated high in the Helderberg mountains between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, is launching its brand new restaurant, Overture, on the 1st of November.
Here chefs Bertus Basson and Craig Cormack plan to offer a small, ever-evolving selection of dishes using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
Lunch and dinner will be served as tasting plates consisting of either three, four or five courses with the focus on simply cooked, beautifully presented, fresh food – No salmon, frozen prawn or Brazilian beef to be found here!
