Fans of The Feedroom’s spectacular set menu, now have an à la carte one to choose from. Situated within the thick, stone-clad walls of Kyalami’s luxurious Tintswalo at Waterfall boutique hotel, the restaurant features contemporary dishes with global influences. Although the breakfasts and lunches are memorable, dinner is the main event. Enjoy uncomplicated yet superbly prepared dishes such as prawn spring roll with green curry sauce and paw paw salsa for starters (R75); impala loin wrapped in Parma ham served with vanilla dauphinoise, fried baby carrots and asparagus with a coffee jus for mains (R180); and passion fruit panna cotta served with a fruit salsa for dessert (R65). Pair the dishes with some superb wines – the hotel has a well-stocked underground wine cellar.
