New menu at Southpole

Not unlike the phenomenon of bistronomia that has recently taken Europe by storm, Southpoles new menu offers delectable bistro cuisine at affordable prices.

Oven roasted, cherry-glazed quail with a rocket and baby corn salad, toasted cocoa and a black cherry jelly, or grilled kudu loin with a vanilla apple puree are but some of the treats that chef Yngve Muldal is whipping up for the last stretch of winter. 

Best of all, guests are treated to an amuse bouche and three courses for only R125.
