As the House of J.C. Le Roux celebrates its ten year anniversary, sparkling wine lovers can expect a fresh new look at the estates tasting room, shop and restaurant in Stellenboschs Devon Valley.

Named after the flagship J.C. Le Roux Méthode Cap Classique, the glamorous makeover includes a swanky new tasting room, Scintilla, with an adjoining oyster bar.  The chunky glass, sand stone, silver velvets and shimmery finishes reminiscent of oysters and pearls, gives the space an air of elegance with a slick and sophisticated edge.

Apart from vintage Cap Classique and oysters, also savour the uncomplicated country fare prepared with seasonal ingredients at the deli-style restaurant, Tables.
