Aiming to take the fare at their friendly Cape Town eatery to the next step, the folks behind the popular Societi Bistro in the bustling V&A Waterfront has joined forces with seasoned Brit, Dan Evans.

With a seemingly endless list of accolades to his name – including running the first pub ever to be included in the Michelin guide – semi-retired chef Evans was impressed with Societys sourcing of whole food produce. Believing that its all in the detail, he decided to share his passion for simple, honest food and ingredients that speak for themselves, with Cape Town diners.

Fans of this popular eatery neednt worry as the menu will essentially stay the same – with chef Evans celebrated reputation as added ingredient, of course.
