The Mount Nelson’s chef – Ian Mancais and Hamilton Russell Vineyards are set to create a dinner with a difference on Thursday, 14 June at the hotel’s signature Cape Colony Restaurant.
Chef Mancais will be sparring for attention from the kitchen via a live video link broadcasting on plasma screens in the restaurant, while Anthony Hamilton Russell will be showing his perfectly matched wines for each dish.

The estate specialises in producing highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which are widely regarded as the best in South Africa and among the best in the New World.
The Cape Colony Wine & Dine Evening with Hamilton Russell Vineyards is priced at R295 per person and includes the paired wine with each course. Bookings are essential.
