Treat your mum to lunch at the Cape Grace’s onewaterfront restaurant and indulge in Executive Chef Craig Paterson’s special menu this Sunday May 13.
The theme is apples, which makes us think of nurturing, home comforts and good food – all very Mother’s Day!
Chef Patersen has used various different apples that are in season at the moment and threaded them throughout the menu.
Tuck into a sparkling apple martini when you arrive in order to get the appetite going. Next comes an asian styled tuna entrée with a crispy wonton salad of apple, fennel and crème fraîche.
Choose your main course and then end off with a contemporary apple crumble (of course!) or nutella crème brûlee.
Two glasses of wine are included: choose from sparkling Môreson Cuvee Cape, Groote Post – The Old Mans White Blend and Steenberg Cabernet Sauvignon as well as Aqua D’Or mineral water.
