Are you the kind of person who eats pizza with a knife and a fork? Never licks the bowl? Dabs napkins delicately at your lips? Then this milkshake is definitely not for you.

Served in a giant glass jar, deliberately overflowing and topped with insane mounds of whipped cream, toffee sauce, melted marshmallow squares, brownies and pretzels, the ‘freakshakes’ made at Pâtissez in Canberra, Australia, are causing a sensation on Instagram. And thanks to all the attention, the wait for one of these babies at the just-opened café is almost 5 hours.

We have questions: Why? Why not? And where can we get one right now?
